Well, that was shit. Thoroughly unprofessional performance. Mane, Robertson, Gomez, and maybe Keita & Minamino should be the only fellas allowed on the coach home. Everyone else. Bore off.

Alisson – 4
Apparently already on holiday in the Maldives. Gifted Arsenal the game-winner and had consistently poor distribution, upfield, the rest of the match.

TAA – 6
Did alright defensively. Not much quality in the delivery from the right tonight. Nowhere near his best.

Gomez – 8
The lone solid performance in the back. Looked assured when everyone around him didn’t.

Van Dijk – 5
We’ll laugh about it one day. Pretty unforgivable, playing like you can’t be bothered. In truth, he’s had a few really bad giveaways the last couple matches. Decent going forward. Still the best center half in the world. Just not today.

Robertson – 8
Got forward and was dangerous all game. Great linkup play with Mane for the goal and really the rest of the game. Felt like it was them two vs. the Arsenal XI at times.

Gini – 6
Did the work in midfield. Grafted. Didn’t really impact the game though. Couldn’t provide a spark.

Fabinho – 7
Broke up play nicely. I also gave it back some. Wasn’t able to dominate like he’s been of late. But did look bright springing counters.

Ox – 6
The lad can press. Contributed, especially to that dominant opening 15 minutes. Then tailed off as the minutes ticked on. Had a chance to get on the score sheet and drilled it straight at Martinez.

Mane – 8
Dangerous all day. Worked tirelessly coming back and in combination with Robertson. Deserved a second. Gave Holding fits.

Firmino – 6
His positional awareness allows the spacing for Mane in the opening goal. But let’s bang on about his goal tally. Faded second half when they jammed up the final third.

Salah – 6
Off it today. Ball seemed like it was either half a yard too far in front of em or under his feet. Expected to put that header away. Should put that header away.

Minamino – 7
Got into the half-spaces well. Popped up in dangerous spots. Always working…

Naby – 7
Crisp distribution and creative balls forward. Combined nicely with Mane and looked like a threat going forward.

Shaq & Origi – n/a
9 minutes of watching Div, unnecessarily shove people in the back. Thanks, I guess.
