Match Notes-
The Premier League returns after the season’s first international break, and the weekend kicks off with high-flying Liverpool traveling to Molineux. The Reds will be delighted with their start to the season, picking up 10 points from their opening 4 matches. Klopp’s men went into the international break on a high, beating Aston Villa 3-0 at Anfield. Dominik Szoboszlai and Darwin Nunez have stood out in recent weeks, and Liverpool have been playing some sensational football. The only doubts have been in defense and without Virgil Van Dijk and potentially Ibrahima Konate, the Reds may be susceptible to counterattacks. Although Wolves have had a poor start to their season, they’ve shown lots of promise, especially when they were unlucky to lose 1-0 at Old Trafford. Gary O’Neil likes to play attacking football, and there’s a good chance he’ll take the game to Liverpool playing at home. Hee-Chan Hwang and Matheus Cunha could cause problems on the counter, especially when Liverpool’s full-backs are forward. I think that although Wolves play great football, they’re lacking a serious finisher. Without a poacher upfront, their attacking buildup often leads to nothing. Liverpool’s attacking depth will be too much for Wolves, and the Reds will win comfortably.
